Hi, I’m Julie.
I offer:
Thoughtful, grounded care with depth and clarity.
A steady, respectful space for meaningful work.
Insightful, collaborative, and focused on real change.
My Approach
My work is deeply aligned with who I am. I connect naturally with people and believe that everyone deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and genuine curiosity. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace without fear of judgment.
When we are in session together, my attention is fully on you. Our time is dedicated to understanding your experiences, supporting your goals, and creating a space where you feel heard and valued.
I value authenticity, trust, and meaningful connection, and those principles guide every interaction I have with clients. My approach is collaborative and grounded, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life while I provide support, perspective, and tools along the way.
My style is warm, relaxed, and approachable. While I take my work seriously, I don't believe therapy has to feel overly formal. My hope is that you'll feel at ease in our sessions, able to speak openly and honestly. Because I often work from my home office, you may occasionally catch a glimpse of one of my pets in the background, a small reminder that therapy can be both professional and comfortably human.
